I have a 2000 F350 super duty 4x4 Powerstroke with a dump body & hoist.
. I was looking into putting a stock dually bed back on. I have heard a few things but I am looking for more detail. Does it bolt right on? Is the frame too long short? any and all info would be appreciated.

was it originally built as a dually or was it a cab and chassis truck? I'm not sure about SD but I know on earlier fords and most other makes of trucks cab and chassis models have a narrower rear axle

Yes it was originally cab & chassis and was fitted with a dump hoist and box from the dealer. This has dual rear wheels already just need info on bed mounting. Whether modifications need to me made or not

make a bitchin flatbed is what i would do, then paint it to match the body, possibly wit like 2 foot tall sides. and flush mounted LED lights on the back, Thats what i would do.
