Our New line of D.O.T. approved BCB Stainless Steel Braided Brakelines are done. These are better than most inferior brands because they have the clear protective cover, and the fittings are all Steel rather than softer brass that may strip. In addition we have eliminated some threaded joints (use more universaly by switching ends keeping same lines for many applications.) that were brass and prone to stripping if overtightened. The steel is way more forgiving. These lines give more abrasion resistance, better tear resistance due to snagging, and most importantley more line pressure due to less line swelling :smokin:

Coolest Feature is the IH colors. One end is RED and the other is BLACK :grinpimp:

Colors for custom lines are Red, Black, Blue, and Grey.

We currentley have patternes and correct lengths for all Scout 80, Scout 800, and Scout 2/Traveler applications. We have these in stock length, extended length, and CUSTOM length. If you have a line that needs to be made, please contact us and we can custom build your spec.
Each line is DOT approved and tested at 30,000 psi for 10 seconds for leaks. FYI most brake systems are 2-3000 psi.

Please call for pricing on other applications but most will be similar priced. I may require old ends cut off lines that you are adapting to insure correct fittings on your new lines mailed to me.

Scout 2 Front Disk or Drum $75 a set
Scout 80-800 front $75 a set
Scout 61-80 Rear $40 each.
Scout 2 Rear Disk Brake jumper lines $55 a set w/banjo bolts and washers
Scout 2 axles to Scout 800 proportioning valve switch over conversion Line $40

International C & D series pickups and Travealls coming soon!!

So please don't buy big companies or any other competitors lines when you can pay the same price or less, support a smaller Pirate vendor, and have a better product!!

Scout 80/800 front drum brake lines. We can make these with Scout 2 disk ends for Scout 2 axle conversions as well.

You get the idea. You tell us what you need and we should be able to make it. We can usually get the sizes you need by ordering a rubber one from the parts store to get the end sizes right and all we need is the length from you. Call us today for a quote :)

Thats hot shit John!

I'll order some of the Travelall ones after I get that Tie Rod and Drag link from you all set up and the lines measured.

If you'll be done with the full size then. If not then I'll have you ship them to me in Texas.

BTW I have the exctended brakelines by Skyjacker on my ScoutII. They are ok but everything John says about "other" lines is true. Not to mention you can call and talk to John and Joe!
