I'm looking for a pillar pod for an 88 Suburban. Anyone know where I can find one. I searched on the board, but could not locate any info.

Do you mean Autometer Piller pod?? If so anyone cane get those (many vendors on this board) or just go to JEGS or SUMMIT

I could not find one for the 88 Suburban on AutoMeter's site. They make them for trucks, but the trucks changed body styles in 88 or 89 and went to the new body and interior. The Suburbans did not change until 91 so I need a pod for the old style Chevy/GM's .

I hate to say it but nobody makes pods for 73-87(91) trucks.

I was kind of thinking that, but thought I would throw it out there. I guess one of the two or three guage plates screwed to the lower dash panel will have to do. I'll then mount a tach on the top of the dash on the left side. There is a little nook there where it will fit.
