PROM # from a TBI 4.3L w/o smog pump (1989ish)

Basically my engine swap, (89 4.3L TBI w/ 700R4), here in California looks like it has the wrong PROM, or at least the wrong "scan ID#" being spit out when the Smog Referee is reading it. Everything else is fine.

The Chevy dealer has no reference for "scan ID" #'s. They also can't tell me what Prom # to get, since there are multiple choices for a 4.3 S10 that year. Or they need the VIN# which I don't have.

Basically, if you have an s10 89 4.3L TBI w/ 700R4 with NO smog pump, (the air filter assembly should pull air from the Drivers side), can you give me there Prom ID #, (the 4 digit number and 4 digit numerical), on top of the Prom, and the ECM #.
