I have a 87 model D60 from a F350 single wheel truck. I am curious to know if the lug pattern is the same as the older 79 model.
Any help?

pre-97 F250 HD and F350s used 8x6.5" pattern

99 and newer (Superdutys) are 8x170mm

As for the studs...the newer ones (early 80s up) are probably 9/16"...79 and older...AFAIK, used 1/2" studs. I don't know for sure when they changed to the larger studs though.

Just an FYI: Those 1/2" & 9/16" wheel studs are inter-changable.

My front 60 had 9/16", and the rear and 1/2". Since I run mostly with Jeeps, I swapped them all to 1/2"........same size hole in the hub/rotor

i think the 9/16" studs started in 85 or 86. a friend of mine bought a set of aluminum wheels with thick flanges for his '84 bronco and the lugs wouldn't seat correctly. the truck the wheels came off was an 86 i think.
