Is it safe to stick a longer than stock bolt in there or is there gunna be too much leverage and start breaking stuff??

I need to limit my RH turn, at full lock my pitman arm ends up just above the track bar.. If the bar were to compress I don't want to think of what would give first, although it'd probably collapse the track arm.

I did it without any problems on my old D44.


Did it again with my D60 with hydro assit, I doubt yer gonna have problems.....stop worring and GET IT DONE already :flipoff2:

Nope, I can't stick weld, but I do have a nice Miller 210 MIG.....and yes, I do know how to use it :grinpimp: in fact, I just burned some shit onto Kirshbom's EB last weekend :p
