I posted this in the newb forum but didn't get a response, so I figured I'd try it here.
I am going to build a cage in my CJ-5, incorporating the factory rollbar. It is 2", does anyone have any pics of theirs using the factory rollbar. I would like to see if 2" tube is going to be too bulky. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Mike

In my YJ we (mostly my buddy Billy) used the stock roll bar with 1.75 diameter; .120 wall tube and I think it looks nice. If I did it over I would have scraped the sock stuff and just built it all from scratch because I'm not exactly sure how strong the stock setup is. With a little more work I would know for sure how strong it is.
