I figured this was newbie, so I am throwing this in here instead of the Jeep section.

Specs: (going into a YJ)
'78 AMC 360 (rebuilding)
'78 TH400
? D300 @ 4:1 (replacing quadratrac)
'78 Waggy D44's (from a quadratrac setup)

I have searched (not finding much of anything) but am curious if anyone was running the offset D44 with the above setup in a SWB Wrangler. I haven't really had a chance to look at the degree of offset on the rear Waggy D44 since I don't have it at my place yet, so I am not sure how severe (if it was even doable in all honesty) the driveline would be hooked up and actually wheeled hard. I just haven't ever came across a setup in person or seen someone tackle this in person so I am not quite sure what to expect. If it was anything other than the offset question, this would be a walk in the park... just not sure what to expect. Any opinions/suggestions/warnings would be nice.

Thanks. :grinpimp:

I run a 350/th350/d300 and offset 44 in a CJ5 you should be fine in a wrangler. I wheel it hard and used to drive daily. no vibes etc.
