You need to move this, but I can tell you that when I did this, I bought a set of Stainless ones and cut/drove out the pins. No one makes them, but yourself.

Take a look at some old CJ5 style hinges, they lift right out when rocked foreward at a 45 degree angle

I tried to cut and push out the pins on my stock ones and they do not come out. Is it because they are old and rusty.

I drove the stock ones out and used leafspring centerpins to bolt them in and make them removeable

this isnt exactly rocket science. cut the ends/anywhere you see weld. push pins out. wa-la

Make your own.
My 77CJ
Grind both end of the hing, about 1/8" did if for me to see the weld was no longer holding.
Then I drilled a pilot hole in the center, the drilled out 3/8" hole .75" deep.
Place hing in freezer over night. Pound out the pin with a long punch.
The Pin size is 7/16", and use lots of lube. I'd suggest a StainSteel bolts, as a hing pin.

they are a bitch to get out. i ended up having to drill them out after i had cut them. keep trying they will come out with enough effort. i replaced mine with a hitch pin from the local tractor supply. works great.

Seeing as your windshield probably hasn't moved a bunch, they are probably rusted in pretty good. PB it, throw in freezer (as stated) and pull out the BFH.

Yeah cool. I never said it was rocket science smart ass. Mine just will not come out. I have already wrecked them trying to get them out. I will order a new pair and try the freezer trick thanks.
