I don't know about fitting your rig. But the 36s are bias ply and the 37s are radials

If you dont run spacers, those wheels will make your tires hit the control arms

really that sucks. So how much back spacing will i need to not rub. Wont be running over a 14.5" wide tire for a long time if not skinnier  i was thinking like an 8- 10 inch

Those are 16.5"x8.25" wheels with 7" backspacing. That is comparable to a dually front wheel. You might want to consider getting the spacers off of a wrecked DRW 94-02 Dodge 3500, if you do indeed plan to run these.

unless you have some need for the deep backspace of a humvee wheel, it's probably more trouble than it's worth.
if you want the cheap double beadlock, look into putting dually hub spacers on, look into recentering the wheels or look into getting some wheels with saner backspacing.
I'm actually going to nix the humvee rims from my setup. Too much backspacing to clear wider/taller tires and I keep killing BFG AT sidewalls so I'm stepping up.
