i have a 1997 powerstroke 4x4 crew cab f350 with a 6" skyjacker lift i just put on there.. i was just wondering where i could find double shock hoops already fabbed (i built a custom SAS & 21" lift for my old truck and tired of building myself). i want dual shocks up front & rear.. not tripple.

another question.. my friend has a 1995 powerstroke 4x4 crew cab with stock suspension still.. he was wanting to put rancho rs9000x shocks on it but cannot find anyone who carries them.. any help?

For the 97 350 superlift makes both a dual and triple shock system for the front. For the 95 anyone who deals with rancho can get them...if you can't find someone local let me know and i'll get them for you.

I have 4 rs9000x's on my truck and they are not enough on setting 9 in the front, your buddy will want something better/more. I need to either dump my ranchos and get something else or add another. Money's tight so I have been living with a shitty ride for the last 8 months.

well he needs to do something quick.. autozone & orielly's will only sell the factory gas struts for his truck.

and for me, ijust want the dual shock hoops for the looks.. i very seldomly (if ever) will use this truck to pull anything besides boat or ski

for your buddies truck need to know if 2 or 4wd and if it's 150 250 350 and if he plans on lifting it in any time soon. For your truck the way superlift system is set up is you can use dual or triple shocks with their hardware. You may need to go with something besides rancho shocks because for the 87-98 one ton rancho only has shocks for 2" lift in the 9000 series...if you stick with superlift you could get the kit with 4 or 6 front shocks and hardware for a reasonable price

I have run a lot of shocks in my day. Buy a set of quality monotubes. Damn near everybody has them these days. Don't bother with twintubes.

since im just gonna go for looks, im going with dual shock set up per tire with nitrogen shocks.

my friend is gonna go back with probably factory shocks but wants me to fab up a dual mount so he can have two up front
