How can I calcualte the new length of a driveshaft I need to shorten? Id like to take a Cherokee CV driveshaft and shorten it for the rear of my YJ. I plan to get the local drivetrain shop do the work. I just need to figure out the new running length? I know I need to measure yoke to yoke, but what about spline length? :confused:

The driveline shop will calculate the spline engagement. Just tell them the yoke to yoke measurement at ride height.
