A guy once told me there was an easy way to tell your teeth count by looking at the mounting bolt holes for the starter. I can't remember what he told me. Help! :D

p.s. can I start it w/out the tranny bolted up? I want to do a comp test before I bolt up the tranny/xcase. Thanks!

2 bolts parallel is small flywheel/flexplate
2 bolts offset is large flywheel/flexplate

sure! just bolt up a flywheel and do the test. you said 350 not 400 remember that.

Hate to bug you - but do you know the tooth counts also? Thanks! (I've got a flexplate and starter - but want to make sure they will work together).
