I have 4 inch springs on SOA on a Dana 60 and the pinion angle is terrible. The driveshaft is almost near full bind at the transfer case. I am trying to drop the case a lil lower, but dont knwo how much that will help. I had the axles pinion pointed upward to help fix it, but the caster got f-ed up and it drove terribly on road. I heard someone talking about pressing your axles tubes out and changing the axle pinoin without changing the castor. Anyone done this or know what is invovled? Can you just grind the axles tubes where they meet the chunk and grind out the welded holes and change the knuckles or what???? Please help.

Grind the welds off out on the inner knuckles. Turn, and weld back where you want them.
