After I put a leveling kit and BFG 315s on my 2500 I have been getting the death wobble. Usually only at 75 MPH and after hitting a series of small bumps. This has happened a number of times. Anyone else experience this? What was the cure?

did you have an alignment done after the leveling kit?
track bar joint at the frame end wearing out?

I had it aligned afterwards. Track bar bushings look good. Now it is getting worse. Shakes around 55 MPH

Did they set the castor? A lot of alignment places don't.
Also, check your ball joints.

Make sure your caster is at the minimum above 3*

I read on TDR that a sway bar drop bracket helps to cure this.

03's use a bushing.
Either way, poly bushings help take out the slack.

I put a 2.5" leveling kit on my `96 V10 and had death wobble immediately afterward. It had a new track bar and no sloppy steering components(40k miles). The only thing that got rid of my D/W was a set of adjustable lca's to get the caster back in alignment.

I will put another piece of advice in about castor. I have an ifs chevy and my friend has a jeep with a 44 up front and they both got the death wobble when the castor wasn't set right. Let us know what happens with that

I'm not sure why, but my local 4x4 shop told me that if you runn 315's (35's) with the stock wheels, you'll get the death wobble.
I asked him why, and I don't remember. And, he wasn't trying to sell me wheels either...
Anyone know why that may cause a difference? Does it have to do with the offsets of the stock wheels and larger tires?

i have 315's on my 99 2500 diesel on stock wheels and a new trackbar and i dont have any wobble at all, but i dont have a leveling kit either, but this does rule out the stock wheels being the problem, sounds like the caster to me, i'm puttin a 2.5" skyjacker class II on mine so hopefully the caster will be set right by the new upper links

Call KORE, they may have them.
I would also look into making your own if you have a way to cut some steel or solid aluminum.
