Mine is a 9" big bearing center section, nodular housing with Chevy D60 knuckles.
35 spline inners and outers and 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern.
It was made by Sunray Engineering in Wetherford TX

On this months issue of Petersens 4 wheel. Check out the red willys on the cover. I went to EJS with him last year and he has a Ford 9 front, dana 44 outer, 6 lug. His dad owns a machine shop and he built it himself.

I had a "Currie 9in." front with 6:17's/Detroit....I had Dana 44 outters with 31 spline inner shafts....... It worked great but jumping it 'bent" the housing until I trussed it.......:D :D :p

I just love the clearance that the shaved 9" has. Mine has 12" with my tires at 5lbs and my D60 only has 10" :(

Jed's a friend of mine. He just took a Dana 44 and a early 9" Center Section and made the 2 into one. It has 44 Knuckles and hubs, U-joints and shafts and just uses the center of the Ford. It works very well for how his Flatty is set up.

How much clearance do you need to traverse your front yard :flipoff2:
