Sorry for the newbie question but i'm a Toy guy.I've got a dodge dana 44 laying around that i was thinking of putting on my Yota .Anyways, how hard is is to convert the auto hubs to manual? I've seen kits for pretty cheap, but ive also been told that i'd have to replace the entire outers. Whats the deal? Thanks for any help:D

what year 44? i'm assuming pre 94. the kits aren't much trouble at all, put warns on my 81.

afterthought... if it's a pre81, i think those were a little more difficult since they were fulltime units, don't quote me though i've never done on of those.
