Are 4" lift rear coil TJ springs 'the same' as stock front TJ coils? (dimensions, stiffness, etc..)

no, stock fronts in the rear will lift it about 2" from what i hear, the front coils have a smaller wind diameter (not wire, wind) and stiffness, or springrate, varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
