Hello ford guys,
My brother is looking for a new muffler for his 99 f-250 superduty power stroke deisel. Any ideas on a good muffler?, He wants to keep it relativily cheap but any ideas are greatly appreciated,

What is he hoping to achieve? Louder or Quieter?

HE is hoping to achieve a more agressive tone than the stock muffler, so probably loudder i presume.
