I need a header for my 95 XJ. It will have a K&N for air supply. Where's the best place to get one? What do you folks use?
I'll soon be running 4.56 gears with 35x12.50 MT's.

Thaks, Dan

Banks is the best, also the most expensive.
Borla makes one too that's cheaper then the Banks.
Pacesetter makes one also but pacesetter is crap.

I have the new Edelbrock one. Seems to be nice. I only have a few thousand miles on it, so I am not sure about the longterm durability. The TiTech coating is holding up really well.

Running a Borla for 9 months. Fit and finish excellent. Never had to tighten a loose bolt.

Another vote for Banks. Fit is great & can't beat the warrenty! You could also look at a Headman. Check RE, the prices aren't too bad.

Headman discontinued thier header this year due to issues with cracking.

Due to all the hype of Banks over Borla, I went with Banks in my TJ and like it. Smooth install no problems.

Banks looks good, as does Borla.
What size PIPE do you upgrade too? No emisions here so I can run without a Cat :)

Thanks Again ~ Dan

I chose to run 2 1/2" all the way thru with a Dynomax muffler. Nice tone--not very loud.

I know the 2 1/2" exhaust is good and all but if one wanted 3" pipes would they have to have a custom made exhaust??

Yup--what are you trying to gain? I don't have much back pressure as it is.
