This is basically the housing. It still has the 3.73 gears but the left bearing cap and bearing broke and the ring gear ate the metal so they aren't in good condition. Otherwise the housing is fine and in stock condition. Brakes are still assembled and in working condition. All that is missing is the diff. cover.

It's open. I don't know the spline count, the brakes and bearings are still installed. It is stock from a '98 K1500.
