4.0 valve guides [Archive]

Does anyone know if another app will fit? Such as, using a SBC kit (cheaper) and just keeping the extra 4 as spares.

Also, never having done this before, I am going to do my own refurb of the head. The guides don't require any special tools for installation or removal, do they? I am assuming they are just a press fit.
