My 205/200 (soon to be WMS203/205/200) case works for what I need it for, offset front & rear M37 flanges. But for SOME reason, probably related to internal shift linkages, the center yoke (soon to have a Jesse E-brake on it) stays in high range when it's shifted into low range. In other words even when the big rear center shaft gear is free wheeling, the front shaft is connected to the rear shaft. I don't care if my speedo always reads high range and my E brake is in high range. But until this is worked out it won't work for 6X6s.
What definitely does work for 6X6s is the unaltered NP200, which has both a center and offset rear outputs that are geared high/lo together. Someone wanting 6X6 with a doubler could run the 203 GRB married to the trans and then ORDs rear "divorce plate" and a short jackshaft to the NP200. Which I emphasize is just as meaty as a 205, and though not everywhere when you do find one run $2-500 in running to rebuilt condition.
The diesel M37 with dual lockers, tractor tires and 183.4:1 gearing is coming!!
