Removing blocks...

I have a 94 2500 that I am considering removing the factory blocks on. I really hate the axle wrap and reliability problems associated with them.

Is there are good 2-3" lift sping out there that will keep the factory ride and towing capacity. Even a 1" lift spring would level it out on the street, but the rear would drop too much when towing that way I assume :P

I will be towing a 4,500 pound Jeep on an 18' car hauler + gear, tools, and spare parts in the bed... so good manners are a big concern.

I am in the process of doing the same thing on my 1500. I got some 4.5" superlifts for a good price.

I have heard good things about the skyjacker springs.
