Take hwy 87 to rt 33 west, turn on the right where the sign says 2nd mtn. Miles of trails up there, hit the power lines, long run, dictum ridge (have to get property owners permission to run from the bottom) golly ridge, reddish knob, flagpole knob, then go across 33 and hit dry river. The list goes on and on, mostly just trails through the woods, but a few good rock climbs. Alot of good hill climbs have been shut down. Get a Gazzateer, or hook up with a club. Always look out for locals with shotguns.:flipoff2:

kwrangln - are you fucking kidding me? I thought the other jeep sites were bullshitting me (that this site is comprised of a bunch of 17 year-old rednecks).

Telling me that you used to 'wheel in VA is just fucking pointless. By the way, I used to be your age.

Go to the Mid atlantic Jeepers web page. From there you can go to there web forum and ask about trails. I ran with them along time ago and they are a good bunch.
