to what extent are buggies street leagle in ca.
say i wanted to start with a frame and make tubeing cage

has anyone made one and just driven it to the trails? not a DD but for one that has no tow rig nor can afored it. just to drive it to the trails?

the closest i know of to a buggy daily d is bigtoy22 he cut the whole back off the 4 runner and shit but it is all tube fendered to be street leagal. There is a pic in the yota section it is ghetto chrome with a smurf blue exo.

just make sure it has mud flaps and I don't see how you can have any problems.

as long as you have mudflaps, tires under fenders, windshield, mirrors, and all the turn signals and brake lights. but you know even if your legal your gonna get pulled over all the frickin time. :D

yeah i know it would be nice though.
i just can't make up my mined to get a 4runner or a truck.
it is going to be my daily driver and i have a kid on the way would like to be comfy but then i like the idea of running a flat bed/exo getting a bit creative with the truck, but then i think family camping/wheeling just can't decide.
