The 4:1 is only for the Dana 300.

4 x 1 is for the jeep 300 I was told they dont make it for the IH 300/4spd any more???? Or should I say they dont make the bullgear ...:confused: :confused:

Bought mine a year ago or so. Unless they JUST stoped making the Scout kit it should be avaliable. Now I do know that the AUTO bull-gear was a non-common item. They made them, but only in small batches so you would have to wait till the next batch.

Look up "DC" in the Vendors Showcase. He's had the best deals in the past.

By the way the bull gear on them is a two piece unit that is fillet welded togehter and then the fillet weld is machined mostly off. They break under load-ask me how I know..... Dana gears are one piece. The two piece gear is because the don't have the proper machining equipment to do the job right. Yes it is difficult to machine the drive dogs on to a gear but dana did it just fine. Any yes the new updated one still has a two piece bull gear. Too bad.. They almost have a nice kit there.

Are you looking for Dana 20 gears or Dana 300 gears?
