klune v problem

i had some great news this morning... instead of me waiting to get my klune at the earliest in mid july, and having no time to put it in for sierra trek, i might just get it in 2-3wks hell yeah :flipoff2:

the problem was klune had to wait 60-90 days before a gm supplier was able to produce a part that klune was missing... so i called klune yesterday and got the gm part number and called a local chevy supplier and found out that they had 40 of the part klune needed. story short, i called klune and told them about the parts, and klune today ordered all 40 of them and they should start building mine by the end of next week.

of course it took a scout guy to come up with a solution look what we have to work with. :grinpimp: :grinpimp: :grinpimp:

the part was called a sleeve or a clutch.. it moved the gear to either ingage or disengage the klune v...

i already had a discount on the klune since i know her aunt and uncle. i got the whole thing spacer and all for just under 2k, cheap considering the klune itself is worth that, with out the right spacers..

i am going to hit her up about some type of finders fee :cool2: and maybe have her send me a lot of stickers and some of those quick air deflators... and maybe another couple hundred dollars of discount. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
