Im in the middle of putting Chevy Axles under my Scout 800, anyway, has anyone else done this? I have a few questions, What do you use for Spring Hangers?

Yes a lot of ppl have done it. I take it you are not useing stock springs. You will have to build your own hangers. Or have someone else (like D&C) build them for you.

Yeah Im not using stock hangers, Im using toyota rears in the front and, Custom Coils in the rear, I just need to get my front end setup, Thanks.. Yeah D&C Is a bad ass Shop!

Square or Rectangular tubeing.
Get some stuff with an ID that is the width (or really close) to the width of your springs/bushings. Then cut and shape to what you want.
It ain't rocket science :flipoff2:
Maybe also surf the Toyota sections and websites/vendors... they probably have some pre-fab stuff you could addapt.
What you using for coil buckets?? Re-use, or custom fab?

partsmikeparts has 2in and 2.5in wide spring hangers and shackle mounts. i paid 137 bucks for 4 spring hangers, 4 shackle mounts, and 4 spring perchs. ordered them on wednesday at noon and had them friday at noon (from california to florida). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v341/JustinL/Axle%20Swap/mounts.jpg

I used CJ hangers for the shackles similar to these 'cause I was feeling lazy...

I made the spring frame mounts using some 4"x1/4" flatbar...
