OK, talked to Pops about the swords. They are made completely out of Mammoth bone!!!! He said they are not metal swords.....they are completely bone (kinda like ivory) and very blunt. He bought them at an auction many years ago and paid hundreds more even then ;) They are definitely delicate and for show only. :beer: The handles, etc all hanve detailed carvings and inlays of bone as well.

I'm actually interested in the mammothbone lion top vase... It would make a great present for my mother. She has a small collection of Asian stuff.

Hardy har har :flipoff2: I personally have seen these dive bells go for 1200+. This isnt a replica liek the crap you get on ebay for 250-450, this is original.
