so i am swapping out the D30 and 8.8 from my jeep with 78 FORD 3/4 ton HPD44 and D60.
i have found out that 15" rims are available from a few companies just because i was interested in using my 37X15" MTR's on the new axles to save some bucks. i eventually want bigger meats like 40's and TSL's that seem to hold up better on the AZ rocks.
i am not sure if these aftermarket 15" rims will fit the 44 and 60 without grinding the calipers which i have heard.
i keep thinking i should just get some used stock steel rims at the junkie here in tucson for $35 each and get 16" tires.
OR.....are thes 15" rims you can buy new really made to fit my ford axles?
does this question make sence or what :)
