I had a IFS powersteering box put on my rig because of the high steer system. Ever since I got it installed I find I need to turn the steering wheel almost twice as much to get the same reaction from my tires as I did before. Is there a reason for this, or any way I can fix the problem and make the steering more responsive?
Unless you want to put a circle track steering box quickner in the steering shaft your stuck with it. You'll get used to it after awhile. Just learn to enjoy life without bumpsteer. ;)

Cool. I didn't really plan on changing it. Was sort of making sure it's supposed to be like that I guess :p
Right on. It does seem a lot slower than stock, heck even on a ifs rig the steering seems faster. But thats the price ya gotta pay I s'pose. :D

I just did mounted my IFS box for crossover too. I like the feel much better than stock. My ratio doesn't feel like it changed too much. But, I am running a stock pitman arm w/ Sky's adapter. If you are running a shorter pitman arm than stock, that might explain the difference.

You say it didn't feel like it changed "too much". So you did notice a differance though? It's the stock pitman arm I am sure.
