I have found a few websites with shift patterns on a Dana 300. I made my own sticks and I don't seem to find the rear wheel neutral that most describe. I am able to find high, low, and neutral on the front wheel side, but only 2 positions on the rear.
Is this correct or am I just lame?

I think I figured it out. After playing with the yokes I was able to find the third position on the rear wheels.

Okay, think of it this way. There are only three positions for the sticks. Lo range, Neutral, and Hi range. All the way up is low. All the way back is hi range. In the middle is neutral.
The left one is for the rear wheels. The right one is for the front wheels.
So if you want front wheel drive lo range, push the right one all the way forward (front wheels - lo range) and push the left one into the center position (Rear wheels - Neutral)
Piece of cake. You'll get used to it. I made my own twin stick kit, cause I'm too cheap to shell out $130 for one. Its the best mod I think i've ever done. Endlessly useful.
