I have dealt with JT's on several occasions, and they are always fast for me. I would try calling them directly next time. I try to call more than doing it online that way the order is is and on its way to you. For example I ordered two pints of POR15 and the metal ready on wednesday late afternoon. I recieved it on Thursday afternoon the very next day! on the regular UPS. Now granted they are in western North Carolina and I live ib Virginia, but they are always helpful and fast on their shipping.

there was an issue about their service , but i live here in AZ and have always been able to call Joe and get the best service......that is only my experience though. I agree with Jimmy, give them a call ASAP. you may have to get up early Mon morning, they are a few hours ahead

They have always given me good service, I have received the wrong parts before but they corrected it without question.
I always call my orders in. Recently, they got me a fuel pump in 24 hrs while my local dealership back-ordered the part THEN never called me back :flipoff2:

I ordered some flares, they shipped the same day. Perfect transaction. No billing hassle, no shipping hassle, what they shipped fit and it was what they said it would be.
My buddy Jayson ordered some wheels, same thing.
Like any other shop, you hear good and bad things. At least they don't sell junk like some other shops do.
For a while Joe was having trouble, I think that it was more to do with getting his business off the ground and then moved to his new location.
