Does anyone know of a mfg that makes a Toyhauler capable of transporting a Bronco or Jeep? I have narrowed Dana 60's and 38" Swampers, the rig is about 4800lbs dry, and stands about 82"s tall. The biggest limiting factors that I have seen so far, are that the rear doors on most Toyhaulers are not large enough to get the rig into. Let me know if anyone has any experience or knows of someone that makes these. Thanks much...
I'm pretty sure this has been covered many times before. Do a search! There are definitely solutions out there.

Here's mine:

And yes I do haul a Bronco in it:

I had it built by a small local trailer manufacturer here in So Cal. I would recommend using a builder close to you so you can work with them closely when spec'ing it and check on the progress often. Up in your area TPD trailers in Sacramento might be a good choice. I documented the buildup of my trailer a while back in THIS THREAD (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=271944).
The Carson Carrera trailer like RE:Todd has is very nice. My brother has one of those (he hauls a Bronco in it too). Those are nice because they're built like a heavy duty car hauler trailer but they have full RV amenities. Mine is more of a utilitarian-style setup, basically a cargo trailer with basic living quarters amenities built in. Its not as posh as the Carrera or a decked out race trailer or toyhauler but it serves our purposes just right.
Good luck.

Here ya go, all ready to go. Toyhauler. (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=365918) My wife wants a motorhome, I am still undecided. My trailer is the perfect size for 2 people but I wouldn't mind more living space.
whatever

yeah i was looking to buy one last year and ended up building a shop instead. this spring i started looking again and before i ended up buying a buddy of mine put his 86 motorhome up for $5k and i could not pass it up. i like the idea of a race trailer though because i could still use my truck to make runs to town for gas, ice, parts, etc. not quite as easy with a MH but the MH has a whole lot more room.
