remote resevoir p/s pump [Archive]

i don't know if anyone is in the same position as me but i bought agrs super pump last year for an application with integral resevoir i now want to locate it down under the alt instead of on top and add hyd assist so i need a remote resevoir set up for increased capacity and to minimize space required to fit the pump as well as fill it--today at pyp i found a integral resevoir that coverts to remaote it is a small round resevoir with a inptu nipple and that is it it appears to be a limited application i found it on a 82 buick riviera it saved me $150 for a new pump

my 78 1ton camper special has a pump with a remote resevoir set up. I think they mainly used that setup with hydro boosts.
