Hey those are just extra contacts for like a diffrent kind of compresser.
Just put it on T1, L1 If the contacts ever get messed up switch to others!!!!:rasta:

the wiring diagram is inside the cover.
Wire it like this
12v switched positive to an on/off switch to the pressure switch to the trigger lead of your relay.
On the pressure switch, use L1 and T1. It doesn't matter which side gets power and which side sends it along to the relay since all the switch does is open and close the contacts.
make sense?
EDIT - and the ground isn't needed. Its there cuz I think the switch is UL listed for use with A/C and everything with A/C should be grounded just because.
Mine isn't grounded unless the mounting bolt grounds it.

Do I need to use a relay? how much juice can that clutch require?

I used a relay.
dunno how much load the clutch draws, but its a big electro magnet. Gotta suck a few amps.

no relay for me, it's on a 15a. breaker, no problems.

No relay needed, The pump switch has much larger contacts than a 30 amp 12V relay. I've been running the same switch for 7 years now, no problems. And the 4 other OBA systems I built are still running the switch I put in um.
Switch was designed for 110 V, at 10~15 amps It'll run for years on 12V 11 Amps (which is what my York draws)

Since I have a master on off switch inside the cab, I don't want 10 amps going through the firewall when instead I can have 200 milliamps (what a relay draws).
Relays are cheap and I'd suggest installing one.
YMMV,

I have an aux fuse block in cab that suplies my cb, stereo and rock lights. I wired my on/off into this, adding a relay would be easy and I want a relay for my rocklights anyway.
What relays should I get at Napa?

I use bosch 30 amps, I forget the part number.
I ordered a bunch a while ago.
30 or 40 amp. 5 connector (2 power out leads) works great for lights etc.
A prewired relay socket saves alot of time :)
I didn't order from these guys, but here's a sample.

thanks for the tip on the relay sockets ;)
