Advise?? Slip the judge a $20. at the beginning of each course. :D:D:D J/K... I'll be there but not a judge this time. :eek:

fawk Im not even close to being ready. :rolleyes: Still waiting on my power steering pulley from GM, waiting on my propane tank brackets, and need to finish my tie rod. Arrrggghhhh!

Lance i think alot of us are in the same situation. I am not even competing and i am now where near being ready. I know mike has spent some time in the shop building the sami but many more hours are yet to come this week. No mtter how much you plan ahead it always seems like we are rushed. It is all worth it though.

If ya got any chance of getting into the finals, be really respectful to the judges on the day before while compeiting.. Get out after each run and shake their hands.. at least the ones that are around.. trust me.. it made me feel good in novemeber when the competiors did..

Also make your spotter work their asses off.. tell them to grab the rope or whatever and pull.. it will help ya from rollin ...

Oh yeah.. dont hit those little thingy's on the course called gates... 4 of them, and your done

Ok, look for the same kind of rock at JV, soft dirt, and an awesome course from Bobby. Some small, steep climbs might also be thrown in.

How far is the CalRocs event from the Hammers?
My buddy is thinking of loading his L/C onto a trailer for me to haul down with us. Are we gonna be close enough? Will there be any wheeling close for the general public? We're taking a few extra days off for some fun :cool:

The event site is about 40 miles west of JV. No Obsticles for the general public.
