Does anyone know how much do junkyards typically charge for a late model Didge V10 engine complete? What about the NV5600 trans?

A friend of mine is doing a swap and wanted me to find out some information on putting a V10 in his old truck. I can't give the details, he wants to keep it hush-hush until completed.

thats sounds about right. If emmisions arent a concern, you could also get a mopar performance hemi 528. I think there like 7-9 grand. and they make a little bit more power

hmm maybe I was wrong its been awile. I just skimmed through one of my old mopar muscle mags and it was the v-10 was $12,950. then theres a 528/610hp for 12880 for $6649 you can get a 500/575 hp this places website is www.mopartsracing.com

Hah, I got my 400hp , 550 ft# Cadillac 500 for $250.

And it only weighs about the same as a sbc 350.

Definatly the most bang for the buck.
