Anybody use one of those tornado fuel saver things? They junk or do they really work? I need all the mileage I can get with my rig. Here's a link http://www.tornadofuelsaver.com/info/

Not saying that all the engineers in Detroit are genius's or that they aren't getting paid by the oil companies to not improve gas mileage.

But if something this simple really worked, wouldn't every car mfg be selling them as standard equipment? That way they could meet the EPA fuel savings standards on the whole fleet and haven't really done anything different.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

i tried one a few years back. I can't speak for all engines, but in my little 4-popper there were absolutely no results. mileage was the same and obviously something like that isn't going to give you massive power boosts. IMO, save your $65 + S&H for another, more useful mod:flipoff2:

IMHO.........I THINK THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING.......
IF A K&N STUB STACK DOES SOMETHING....
AND A CARB SPACER DOES SOMETHING..........
I WOULD TEND TO THINK THE INTAKE CHARGE IS VERY TOUCHY.....

MIGHT NOT BE A NOTICABLE DIFFERANCE BUT ITS PROBABLY THERE
