I'm putting a 8.8 with discs into my YJ. Whats the best e-brake cable route? I know MORE sells a cable kit for ~$100.00, any experiance with the kit? Is there a better route, or should I order the MORE kit?

ZJ cables should work. There's no ebrake issue with our LWB's, and I think some TJ guys use the ZJ ebrake cable as well. I bet you there are a million 8.8 writeups on the net - google this. But the ZJ cable should give you what you need.

I have the MORE cable on my YJ. Excellent quality cable, bolts right up in 10 min. I recommend them.

BTW, I found the e-brake shoes at Kragen's when other parts stores said I had to go to the dealer.

Hey Norm, I never used an e-brake:flipoff2: :flipoff2:

But I guess you knew that since you bought my axles. Check your email I sent you all the forward air info. They should be available for pick-up on Monday.:)

Now thats an e-brake:D. Thanks for sending those puney axles out BigD, now if the plane doesn't crash;) If I had an auto I wouldn't sweat the cable either, but they do come in handy with a manual. I think I'll scope out a set off of a WJ, before I go the MORE route.
