Here's a few pics of a snorkle/cold air intake I made up for my van. Just for you van lovers out there...
Start with this,

add a hole,

Weld some 3.5" exhaust pipe together with pre-bent mandrel bends,

Sand smooth, prime and paint a color of your choice,

Install,

and hook it up.

There you have it. A van that can ford 8 feet of water. At least that's the question you will most often be answering...

Last one. Poser shot.

YOu can get a rubber piece that goes around your pipe and covers the hole in fender. Will give it a nice finished look.

I trimmed the hole with black door edge guard. Looks good. The top is from ARB. You can buy the 3" or 3.5" top from them.

Very cool van! But 8 feet of water? Have you run all your axle and diff breathers above 8'? What about the electronics? Other than that...where's the deep water crossing pics?

"There you have it. A van that can ford 8 feet of water. At least that's the question you will most often be answering..."

That's called sarcasm. Here's some more questions you'll have to answer. "Can that thing go through water that high?" or "boy if you're ever in water that deep you've got bigger problems."

My point was do this to a rig and then get ready to answer silly questions...
