i know this is a stupid ques. but does anyone know of a lock or something i can use on my trailer. right now i use a chain thru the tires, major pain. i would like to get something that fits where the hitch attaches. i went to the trailer shop where i got my hitch, the person there wasn't any help.

There are a couple different styles of gooseneck couplers. Without knowing which one you have, I can't go into great detail. Get a gooseneck ball, put it in the coupler and find a way to secure the latch closed, so it holds the ball in.
