Anyone have knowledge of what to look for? I've got a leak from the top of my tank that must be fuel pump related. Only occurs with key on. all lines look good. I took the tank out once and gave it a visual inspection including turning it upside down. No leaks. I should have hooked up the power and tried it -- but no -- I put it back in after tightening a few things and thinking it was fixed. Started it up and gas is everywhere from the top of the tank. Anyway I've got some work to do one evening and just though I'd see if anyone else has had this problem.

Definitely pull the tank back down, keeping the high pressure, return lines, and electrical intact. Turn the ignition on and see where it's leaking from.

A few potentials: high pressure feeder line, quick connect fitting, regulator seal, bung seal, yada yada yada.

I agree with CMK, the only place fuel could leak out would be around the seal for the fuel pump or through the high pressure line. The fuel pump seal more than likely can be eliminated since you turned teh tank upside down without any leakage. That leaves the high pressure line. I know when I did my Kilby skid install I had a tough time getting the plastic clips on the high pressure line reconnected.
