Is an early bib with the integrated lights interchangeable with a 1977 bib?

the only difference I can find between the 69 on my rig and the 72 on the wall is the headlight cutout....a half-moon had to be removed from the 69 to allow the 72 lights to be installed, plus 4 new holes drilled for the mounting screws (and the nuts you must now use)

Just did this project this week, bib is in fresh paint....
