I need a new radiator for my 22re any thing i need to watch out for? Does the radiator need to be made out of a certain material?

Just go buy a radiator from any parts store.

I bought mine through radiators.com... I'LL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! :mad3: :mad3: :mad3: They sell garbage.

Look in the "Slow Overheat" Thread a page or two back. There's a great eBay kink there for a great quality 3 core all metal for $89.99 + $19.99 s&h. Best price I've found yet. RadiatorBarn.com has the same thing for about $5.00 more dleivered, and has a lifetime warranty. Two good links there for ya if you can wait a little.
Otherwise, a good 3 core, all metal from your local shop will do a great job. That's what I run in both mine, and even in 115 degree heat, they USUALLY don't get above 1/2 needle deflection. My 'Runner has othre troubles right now, but the p/u is doing great so far.
