I've seen pics in the magazines of a fiberglass hood/fender combo that relocates the fenders ~3" up from the stock bottom edge of the CJ hood. Does anyone know who makes them? Does anyone know the hood I'm talking about?
I'm looking for a good way to run the biggest tires I can w/ little lift and keep things mostly legal. I figure if I can scrap the fenders completely, they can't cause any rubbing. It looks like the limiting factor will be my manual clutch linkage.
Campbell Enterprises
"These hoods offer hood and fenders in one. Made of fiberglass these hoods offer about 8" more tire clearance. "

Look at the picture cowmooflage posted. That's a CJ with the hood. You could always pick up the phone and call them with questions.

yes, they were, we were having a bit of trouble since its pretty much all custom work. but cliff over at avalanche dialed the whole rig in pretty well for right now. sorry these pics are getting a little dated, i've been stuck in texas away from the jeep up in denver, and haven't been snapping pics very much. thats why i'm posting more and wheeling less. damnit
