trooper for sale in my area...1992, don't know the trim. kinda beat up but im just lookin for a trail rig not a dd. (im basically buying to flog all the fun i can out of it!)

motor is an i6? how do these do...reliable? rebuildable?

i notice a slight knock when i popped the hood. not the tapping of valves, more low end. is this a danger sign?

i put it in gear...auto(good/bad?) and in 4hi/4low...and all seemed fine, went into gear fine.

any help would be great
