Heres a pic of our latest Mud Bogger from the home office of Virginia Liftmasters. Its a Conglomeration of junk we had layin around that was put together to resemble something like a truck. Anyway heres the specs... Scout d 44 front 5.13s and welded, STOCK  (until it breaks) Daihatsu Rear with 5.29s and some kind of factory limited slip, 37x13 boggers, chev 383, Th350 tranny, and a chain and sprocket tranfer case assy. The only thing that had to be bought to get it to its current state was tires, wheels, and the front gears and carrier everything else was parts and pieces that were here . Hopefully it'll hold together for a little while so we can have some fun with it.

people run them on the rocks with no problems, so I'm sure mud would be no issue at all.

The thought process behind puttin the 5.13s up front instead of 5.38s was that the front wheels would be over driven in the mud and this in fact would pull the front end through the mud therefore making it steer straighter. It only has an 83 inch wheelbase so we need all of the help that we can get to keep it moving straight. Besides that we have the matching scout rear to put in it when the stock rear coughs out a r&p. So we will probably put matching gears in it then.
