Seems to be that my Mass Air Flow sensor dies (1994 VG30E Pathy), so I need to know if there are no OEM parts avalbable or if can I swap it for another Nissan MAF????

I picked up a used one that I found on car-parts.com
It went on my 1991 Pathfinder and used was ok with me because the retail price of a new one was crazy $$$ !!

Yeah, Nissan wants $500+ brand new. They told me I would have to replace the entire throttlebody assembly, because they dont sell the actual MAF sensor alone. Screw that. But if you are planning on getting a MAF from a junkyard, make sure it comes off the same tranny type (Manual, auto). I'm gonna go check the local yard and see what I can get.

What are some of the symptoms of the MAF going bad.

Double check the wirring Gonzalo. The MAFs on the VG30E are notorious for having a ground issue in the harness for the MAF.

Thanks for the tip. I am crazy looking for the reason why my pathy has a failure that feels like loose some cilinders when start cold or tow my samurai on the freeway.-

Hey! I know you might not be interested but I have an ARB Bull Bar winch bumper for 87-95 pathfinder that retails for $720 that I would like to sell or trade for a rifle for the upcoming deer season. Let me know. rizzo75
